What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4 PM, check-out by 11 AM. Self check-in via lockbox — full instructions are sent the day before arrival.

Is parking included?

Yes — free secure covered parking comes with every stay. We'll register your number plate in advance so you can drive straight in.

What's the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. The exact terms for your dates are shown at checkout before you confirm.

How close is the apartment to Yas Island attractions?

Ferrari World, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World, Etihad Arena and Yas Marina Circuit are all 5–10 minutes by car. Yas Mall is a 5-minute drive. Zayed International Airport is 10 minutes.

What's included in the stay?

Free WiFi, AC, full kitchen with Nespresso, washing machine, towels and toiletries, plus access to the building pool and gym. Welcome snacks, water bottles and Turkish coffee waiting for you on arrival.

Is the apartment family-friendly?

Yes — sleeps 4 (king bed in bedroom + sofa bed in living room). A baby crib is available on request. Many of our guests stay with kids, and the building has an outdoor kids' play area, pool and indoor kids' zone.

Is this a licensed, registered rental?

Yes — Casa Duna is operated by Casa Duna Property Management LLC-SPC under Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi registration PER25000250. Your stay is automatically registered with DCT on check-in.
