We started Casa Duna because too much of the Yas Island holiday-home market felt like a coin flip. Same listings on Airbnb, wildly different stays. Photos that flattered, owners that disappeared, towels that scratched.
So we wrote down what we’d want if we were the guest. Then we made that the floor. The Casa Duna Standard is the same whether the apartment is ours or a partner’s — that’s the whole point.
