Our standard terms are free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in, and non-refundable after that. Event periods like F1 weekend and Eid can be stricter, so check the terms shown on your booking before you confirm.

Ferrari World, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World, Etihad Arena and Yas Marina Circuit are all 5–10 minutes by car. Yas Mall is a 5-minute drive. Zayed International Airport is the closest airport to us. Dubai is approximately 50 minutes by car.

Stay longer and cook. Seven nights or more moves you onto the long-stay rate, and 30 nights or more onto the monthly rate, billed as one all-in invoice with utilities and WiFi included. The kitchen is the other half of it: breakfasts and a few dinners at home take a real bite out of a week here. Covered parking is included too, so there is no daily parking to add. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates. We confirm the stay and agree the payment method with you there. There is no card checkout on this site, so we never see or store your card details. Applicable tourism fees are already included in the price you are quoted, so there is no separate tourism charge to pay on arrival. Companies can request a single invoice made out to the company.
